How can I make an appointment?
Existing patients can select the Our Providers section of our website to book with their provider. Otherwise, we offer walk-in services via our Save A Spot feature, or you may self-schedule with our Self-Scheduling website.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are accepted as provider availability allows. ​
Want to skip the lines? Save A Spot allows you to enter the queue before you head to the clinic!
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, insurance card (if you have one), a list of medications, and any medical records or forms you’ve been asked to complete.
How do I complete my forms?
24 hours before your visit, we'll text and email a secure link you may use to complete your forms. We ask that this is completed prior to arrival. Questions? Feel free to leave a message via our Chatbot!
What payment options do you offer?
We accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and most major insurance plans. The Q2 Clinic also offers self-pay , flexible payment plans, and CareCredit. Please leave us a Billing Message on our Chatbot if you’re unsure whether we accept your plan.
Do you offer prescription discounts or rebates?
Yes. Through our 340B Pharmacy Program, patients may qualify for discounted medications or rebates.
Can I get lab work, vaccinations, or Imaging done at the clinic?
Yes! We offer on-site ultrasound, MRI, and x-ray imaging services.
How can I request a prescription refill?
Prescription refill requests may be submitted through our website Chatbot. Requests will be refilled within 2-3 business days of making the request.
How can I receive a copy of my records?
Medical, imaging, and vaccination record requests may be submitted through our website's Chatbot. Requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment
We understand life is busy! With our ReBook feature, you'll have the opportunity to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your visit 7 days prior to your appointment. Need more immediate responses? Drop us a message on our website's Chatbot!
